Hired by Seven Seven Six, a leading Venture Capital firm headed by Alexis Ohanian and Katelin Holloway, to develop and create their application and screening process for their new Operator in Residence program. Seven Seven Six was looking to upend the traditional hiring process for VC; an industry known as one with closed doors and only warm connections. Sidekick helped them build an entire system from scratch that took out the applicant’s resume and instead focused on other aspects of their experience leading to over 1200 applications with over 83% of applicants remarking that they felt underrepresented in VC.

Hired by the two founding partners to create the fund’s diligence process, investment memo process, and the backend infrastructure to manage their deal pipeline. Helped the firm scale from 0 to 100s of weekly pitches while ensuring that founders received personalized feedback on all pitches within 10 days of submission.
